I purchased my eyeglasses from Blue Ray Optical inside Lulu Supermarket, King Faisal branch, at the end of August. After about four months of use, the handle became loose, so I returned to the store for assistance. The staff ( Afrah and Rattesh) were very approachable and accommodating. Afrah fixed my glasses in just a minute by replacing the handle with a new one. I initially thought there would be a charge, but the service was done completely free of cost. Blue Ray Opticals located in Lulu Hypermarket, Al Majaz 1 have a good service. I go there to fix my shades coz all the screw gone. Then They did not ask for any payment from me..
